Large new house BlackpoolStructural steel was integrated into the design to fit the Architects requirements and the building is constructed using StyroFrame 'Passive' panels with a U-value of 0.15 W/m2K and up to 5.25 metres high.

Competition entry for low cost housing Wellington South AfricaLow cost house constructed using StyroFrame for South African International Housing Innovation and Sustainable Energy Efficiency Competition 2009. The competition is run by Absa Home Loans, in collaboration with the NHBRC, Drakenstein Municipality, AFD and NHFC. The building has been constructed by Winterstrand Construction cc using the StyroFrame building system

Single storey "Eco-house" constructed in Berkshire
This highly insulated, airtight house utilises cost effective technology and has the following features:
- Windows and doors that pre-warm air entering the building.
Blinds are incorporated within the glazing system
- Modular wiring system courtesy of MK Wiring
- Heat recovery ventilation fans courtesy of Vent-Axia
- Underfloor heating system linked to high efficiency condensing boiler
- Solar panels, boiler and storage tank by Vaillant
- High quality reinforced external render finish that is both flexible and vapour permeable
The combination of these features creates a highly efficient, cost effective house with low running costs, low maintenance and a comfortable and stable internal environment.

5 bed, three storey "Eco-house" constructed in West Sussex
These highly insulated, airtight houses have the following additional features:
- Windows and doors that pre-warm air entering the building
Blinds are incorporated within the glazing system
- Underfloor heating system linked to high efficiency condensing boiler packaged with an insulated hot water storage tank
- Heat treated timber cladding above an external render finish that is both flexible and vapour permeable
- A glazed atrium with stone floor linking the two modules of each house
- Sprinkler system
The combination of these features creates highly efficient, cost effective houses with low running costs, low maintenance and a comfortable and stable internal environment.

Centre for Autistic Adults Near Glasgow Scotland
Formworks UK supplied and supervised the erection of 2600 m2 (28000 ft2) of accommodation for Moorpark Place, a residential centre for autistic adults in North Ayrshire. Erected in record time during a very wet winter.
